This ceramic rose netitlat yadayim is one of very few left in the world, due to the talented Stefan Egei having passed away. This netilat yadayim was handmade in Jerusalem. Stephan Egei was born in Transylvania, Romania where he studied ceramics in the Art Academy. He moved to Jerusalem in 1992 and prior to his recent death, participated in national and international exhibitions. He was the recipient of multiple international awards. His Judaica was clearly inspired from the city that surrounded him, both the earthly and heavenly Jerusalem. He worked with a classic precision uncommon among artists of our time.
